Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) is a weekend of training for the new Lodge Executive Committee (LEC). All Arrowmen are welcome to attend this event. At this weekend, the new LEC members get the opportunity to meet with their respective advisors and plan out their role in the lodge operation for the year.

LLD for the 2013 LEC was held on November 10-11, 2012 at First Church of the Brethren in Peoria, IL. The date and location for next year's LLD will be available in Fall 2013.
