Distinguished Service Award
The National Order of the Arrow Committee presents the Distinguished Service Award to those Arrowmen who have rendered outstanding service to the Order on a section, area, regional, or national basis. It is given primarily for dedicated service to the Order and Scouting over a period of years. Arrowmen whose service records are the most outstanding and extend the farthest beyond the local lodge level are usually selected. Both young men under 21 and adults are eligible for nomination.
Red Arrow Award (NOAC)
The National Order of the Arrow Committee established this award in 1967 to recognize individuals who are not members of the Order of the Arrow for outstanding service to the Order. This attractive award, a red arrow superimposed on an engraved plaque, can be awarded only by action of the National Order of the Arrow Committee. These awards are presented at the National Order of the Arrow Conference.
Founder's Award
Wenasa Quenhotan Lodge Recipients
The Founder's Award was created to honor and recognize those Arrowmen who have given outstanding service to the lodge. The award is reserved for those Arrowmen who memorialize the spirit of achievement as described by founder E. Urner Goodman. There are no set national procedures or requirements for choosing recipients.
Lodges may petition the national Order of the Arrow Committee to present up to four awards annually, based on lodge membership. If the lodge presents more than one award, one must be to a youth under the age of 21.

The committee for this award is the same as that of the Founder's and meets annually at the Fall Conclave. *In 2007 the James E. West Award was replaced with the WQ23 Distinguished Service Award
Arrowmen Service Award

The National Order of the Arrow Committee has implemented this award into their future vision of increased service to the Boy Scouts of America. This award, which is only available through 2003, is to reward those Arrowmen who fully present a strong image of the service to others in their life.
